1. What is the return policy?

Because our products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner, returns are only accepted in the case of damaged, misprinted, or defective items. If you receive an item with an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the problem, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


2. Are any purchases final?

Yes. Since each item is custom-printed when you order, all sales are considered final. The only exceptions are for damaged, misprinted, or defective items, which we’ll happily replace. Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.


3. When will I get my order?

Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days of purchase. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. customers receive their order within an additional 2–3 business days. International shipping may take longer.


4. Where are the products manufactured?

For U.S. customers, orders are fulfilled and shipped from partner facilities in Texas, North Carolina, and Mexico. We select the most efficient fulfillment center based on your delivery address to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


5. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates depend on the product type:

  • Apparel (e.g., shirts): Base rate starts at $4.49.

  • Adding multiple items of the same type (like multiple shirts) does not increase shipping cost.

  • Adding a different product type (e.g., a hat with a shirt) will add the base rate for that product.
